Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chenango to hold annual meeting

NORWICH – Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) of Chenango County has announced that it will host its annual meeting at the Cooperative Extension Office on Thursday, Dec. 8 at noon.
The community is invited to attend as the Extension highlights its successes of 2016 with the CCE staff. The CCE Volunteers of the year will also be honored at the meeting.
This year's guest speaker will be Dairy Specialist with the Central NY Dairy and Field Crops Team David Balbian, who will be shedding light on the past and the future of the dairy industry.
Community members in attendance are also invited to vote for the candidates who are seeking CCE Board positions.
Anyone interested in attending are asked to RSVP for the CCE annual meeting no later than Dec. 1 by contacting Cindy Gardiner at (607) 334-5841 ext. 11, or by email at cag255@cornell.edu.
Light refreshments will be provided. The Cooperative Extension Office of Chenango County is located at 99 North Broad Street in Norwich.
