SHERBURNE – The Chenango County Sheriff's Office recently made one misdemeanor arrest in the Village of Sherburne, of a man charged with allegedly subjecting a child under the age of 13 years old to sexual abuse on multiple occasions.

Detective Gary Miller of the CCSO arrested Justin J. Harrington, 28, of Sherburne on Dec. 8, for multiple counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, a class B ,misdemeanor; endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, and forcible touching, a class A misdemeanor.
