NORWICH- An iconic holiday tradition of “ringing the bell” for The Salvation Army is making its way through Chenango County. Kettle Coordinator Peggy Asma and coworker Jennifer Price, volunteered their time to “ringing the bell” in efforts to raise money that will benefit our community.
