NORWICH – This holiday season, the Norwich Business Improvement District (B.I.D.) partnered with Norwich’s Town and Country Garden Club to hold the inaugural Home for the Holidays Decorating Contest. On Tuesday, Dec. 13, the B.I.D. announced the top three commercial winners of the contest, and the Town and Country Garden Club released the residential winners. The results are as follows:
