NORWICH – The Chenango SPCA will be marking down adoption fees for any cat or dog with black markings as part of a Friday the 13th special this Friday and Saturday, January 13 and 14.

The reduced adoption fee will be 31 dollars for altered pets, and 13 dollars for unaltered pets plus the cost of surgery for spaying or neutering.

All are invited to visit the Chenango SPCA to offset any potential 'bad luck' associated with Friday the 13th by adopting a new pet to their forever home at a discounted price.
