NEW BERLIN – The 18th Chenango Lake Perch Derby slated for Feb. 18 has been cancelled due to insufficient ice.

Nevertheless, the Oxford Lions Club will raffle off $1,000 worth of prizes to those who have pre-registered by Saturday, Feb. 18.

Those who have registered do not need to be present to win.
