Two arrested, accused of meth sales in Norwich

NORWICH – Two Norwich residents sit in the local jail accused of drug sales. 

A warrant was executed at 15 Gold Street, rear upstairs apartment, in Norwich on Monday.

Two individuals were taken into custody by authorities, Karlton Tompkins and Tiffany Vallance. 

Both were arraigned in Norwich City Court in front of Judge James E. Downey Monday afternoon. 

Tompkins stands accused of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony; criminal nuisance in the first degree, a class E felony; and endangering the welfare of a child, a class a misdemeanor. 

Vallance is accused of the same charges.

According to Downey at the arraignment, Tompkins is accused of selling both methamphetamine and cocaine.
