NORWICH – Could your beloved pet use an ID tag and collar...free-of-charge?

It's reported that in 2016 alone, the CSPCA took in 362 stray dogs and cats throughout Chenango County. Sadly, only a mere 5 percent of those animals were reunited with their owners.

If these animals had been wearing a collar with an ID tag, the CSPCA posits there may have been a greater chance at reuniting those lost and runaway animals with their owners.
