The City of Norwich Common Council appointed Jennifer Morris as Ward 6 Alderperson at its monthly meeting Tuesday evening, April 18, a position she will hold until the first day of January 2018 succeeding the next general election held in the City. Morris swore in at the Council meeting, thus filling the vacancy left by former Ward 6 Alderman Thomas LoPiccolo.
