Adirondack Softball defeats Sherburne-Earlville 13-1 Monday

SHERBURNE – A Monday to forget. Another loss in the books for the hot and cold S-E lady Marauders softball team. S-E succumbed to a powerful Adirondack squad.

“We lost 13-1. We beat ourselves,” said Sherburne-Earlville head coach Michelle Parker.

Anna Rinaldo pitched first three innings – taking the loss, while Maddy Gunther finished out the game for the lady Marauders.

“Anna Struggled and we had seven errors and only four hits. Adirondack is a really good

team, defensively and offensively,” said coach Parker.

Seven errors, coupled with opportunistic scoring for Adirondack saw S-E fall off a cliff in this game.
