Marauders swing their way to a perfect start

SHERBURNE – The Sherburne-Earlville varsity golf team has now made it 2-0 to start their 2017 spring season – downing Canastota by a team score of 192-266.
Played on Mountain Top Golf Course in Sherburne, on April 27, the S-E golf team saw Carley Britton be named their medalist on the day. Britton hit a 45 for the 35 par course. Canastota would name Corey Evan their medalist with his team best mark of 50.
Following Britton in the win was Ben Rinaldo at 48, Andrew Fern at 49, and Garrison French at 50.
Canastota would see their next three best marks come by way of Ethan Agans at 65, Bryson Demott at 75 and April Dambroski at 76.
Next up for Sherburne-Earlville (2-0 overall), they will take to the road on Monday, May 1, when they travel to New York Mills for a match scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m.
