CHENANGO COUNTY – Major traffic delays are to be expected today, May 24, as the second million-pound wind turbine load will be transported south through the county.

The turbine will be moved south from the North Norwich rest area on State Highway 12 through the City of Norwich and then the Village of Oxford where it will come to rest for the day at the Oxford rest area.
