'Wolves & Watermelon' this Sunday at Wolf Mountain
SMYRNA – Wolf Mountain Nature Center will hold its feature program of the season "Wolves & Watermelon" this Sunday, August 6 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The annual event is a favorite among locals – and the wolves, too – as spectators are able to watch the center's wolves enjoy some tasty watermelons on what's forecasted to be a fair afternoon.
Staff at Wolf Mountain Nature Center say there will be free watermelon for all who attend Sunday's event.
The picnic area will be open to the public, along with the center's gift shop.
Admission to Wolf Mountain Nature Center is a donation of $5 or more, and kids five and under are free.
