Sherburne-Earlville Swimming falls 10 points short of Holland-Patent

HOLLAND PATENT – Sweeping the last four event of the evening, Sherburne-Earlville’s swimming and diving squad gave a tremendous effort to comeback against Holland-Pantent.

However, the effort fell just short as the Marauders fell 10 points shy of the Golden Knights on Tuesday evening, September 26.

S-E’s Anna Rinaldo and Kiana Marshall grabbed a two-three finish with scores of 165.60 and 142.65 as they were edged out by Erin Shivas of Holland-Patent. The diving event was the only event to end in an event split.

The 200 Yard Freetsyle team of Marshall, Rachel Ryan, Dalaney Parker and Rinaldo took home a time of 2:08.75 for first. Becka Collins-Flynn, Erika Boise, Madisyn Stowell and Ashley Ryan came in second as Sherburne-Earlville grabbed all nine points for the event.
