NORWICH – The newly formed Chenango Dental Task Force visited Stanford Gibson Primary School on Tuesday to present on the importance of maintaining dental health and hand out dental hygiene kits to every student in the school.

It was the first stop in the task force's mission of visiting every elementary school in the county––an effort which strives to reduce cavities in the area's children.

The task force was formed by the Chenango United Way after Executive Director Elizabeth Monaco said the area has shown room for improvement in terms of dental hygiene.
