GUILFORD – This Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m., Black Horse Yoga & Wellness Studio, LLC will open its doors to the public for the first time at its new location.

Located at 742 Gospel Hill Road in Guilford, nine-year yoga instructor Suzette Hayes said she’s excited about her new studio’s opening after logging over 1,250 hours of certified instruction and outgrowing her old studio.

“I put a lot of heart and soul into this,” said Hayes. “I think people are realizing that yoga is not just for people who are flexible. One of my biggest obstacles is people think it’s all about twisting and being flexible, and it’s not. I do modifications for everybody.”

Hayes said her clientele ranges from age-three to age-88, and everyone who participates has taken away a number of health benefits.
