Man accused of openly selling heroin in Norwich
NORWICH – Prosecutors are considering additional drug charges against an accused heroin dealer after they failed to reach a plea-agreement in court Monday.
Appearing in court for a pretrial hearing, Adam J. Daring has previously pleaded not guilty to third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony.
Prosecutors told the court Daring sold heroin to a confidential informant on three separate occasions, all while he was being video recorded by police.
During the hearing, Norwich Detective Reuben Roach testified he also personally witness the drug exchanges involving Daring.
