Jeremy Coates found guilty on all counts

NORWICH – After two days of jury deliberation, the jury found convicted murderer Jeremy Coates guilty on all counts.

Coates, 47, of Greene, was found guilty of killing David Green in September 2016 and will be sentenced for first-degree murder, second-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault, and two counts of first-degree robbery.

"He will be serving life without parole, and that's exactly what he deserves," said District Attorney Joseph McBride.

Sentencing will be held at a later date, and read more about the verdict in tomorrow's edition of the Evening Sun.
