Drug dealer pleads guilty in Chenango County Court

NORWICH – An admitted drug dealer appeared in Chenango County Court on Friday and told the court about his cocaine transactions within the City of Norwich.

Sandy L. Beeching, 37, homeless, accepted a plea deal where he pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class B felony in exchange for two years in prison, and a year of post-release supervision.

Beeching said throughout the month of January, he sold cocaine on South Broad Street in the City of Norwich.

Beeching said he received cash for the cocaine transactions, and after testifying in court, he was remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility.

He is scheduled to appear in Chenango County Court for his sentencing on August 13.
