New Media Retailer announces promotion of Katherine Dawson to Customer Service Manager

NORWICH – New Media Retailer (NMR) is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Katherine Dawson to Customer Service Manager.

In her new position, Dawson’s role in leadership at NMR will be expanded to include key areas of customer service and account retention.

Dawson joined New Media Retailer in December of 2015 as a Marketing Specialist.

Dawson’s role was expanded to Senior Marketing Specialist in December of 2016. She has extensive experience in relationship management, social media marketing and web/ecommerce management.

“We are all thrilled that Katherine has taken on this role and look forward to seeing her continued growth and contribution with NMR,” said Francesca Halberg, Director of Marketing of NMR.

Dawson earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Siena College.
