NORWICH – A Preston man was arrested on Friday after Chenango County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant in the Town of Preston.

Nicholas W. Andrews, 33, of Preston was charged with fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following a drug raid.
