CHENANGO COUNTY – Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. county-wide for Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 6.


Voters in Chenango County will vote to elect candidates for state governor and lieutenant governor, state comptroller, state attorney general, United States Senator, State Supreme Court Justice of the 6th Judicial District, Representative in Congress for the 22nd District, state senator for the 51st and 52nd district, member of assembly for the 122nd and 126th district, and country treasurer.

Running for governor and lieutenant governor are Andrew M. Cuomo and Kathy C. Hochul (D), Marc Molinaro and Julie Killian (R), Howie Hawkins and Jia Lee (Green), Stephanie A. Miner and Michael J. Volpe (SAM), and Larry Sharpe and Andrew C. Hollister (Libertarian).


In the run for comptroller are Thomas P. DiNapoli (D), Jonathan Trichter (R), Mark Dunlea (Green), and Cruger E. Gallaudet (Libertarian).


Seeking election for state attorney general are Letitia James (D), Keith Wofford (R), Michael Sussman (Green), Nancy B. Sliwa (Reform), and Christopher B. Garvey (Libertarian).


For United States Senator, incumbent Kirsten E. Gillibrand (D) is being challenged by candidate Chele Chiavacci Farley (R).


Elizabeth A. Burns (D) and Joe McBride (R) are each seeking election for State Supreme Court Justice of the 6th Judicial District.


For Representative in Congress for the 22nd District, candidate Anthony Brindisi (D) is challenging incumbent Claudia Tenney (R).

Assemblyman Clifford W. Crouch (R) is seeking re-election in the 122nd District, facing challenger Nicholas R. Libous (Conservative).
