Congratulations to Greene High School Juniors Nolan Butler, Nate Erickson, and Jacob Funnel. Nolan and Nate were selected by an interviewing committee of the Greene Legion Post 692 to go to Boy’s State this summer. Jacob was selected as the Alternate. Boy’s State is a Leadership Camp for outstanding young men who will be Seniors next year. It is run somewhat like a paramilitary camp with emphasis on government, PT, and personal growth. There is no cost to those selected as the Greene Post pays for the boys selected to go.
