GREENE – After receiving reports that a vehicle was sitting in a creek, members of the Greene and Genegantslet Fire Departments responded to the scene to find a person trapped in a truck.

At approximately 2:25 p.m. on Wednesday firefighters were dispatched to the area of 1144 County Road 2 in Greene after a truck went off the road and crashed into a ravine.

Officials from the Greene Fire Department said the car was reported as being in a creek.
