Couple facing drug charges after police raid in Plymouth

PLYMOUTH – A Plymouth couple are facing felony drug charges after police raided a home and discovered crystal methamphetamine, cash, and firearms.


At approximately 12:40 p.m. on June 25, the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office executed a no-knock search warrant at 121 Ashcraft Road in the Town of Plymouth.


According to Chenango County Sheriff Ernest Cutting Jr., the search warrant lead to the arrest of two individuals, William D. Johnson Jr, 47, and Kelli K. Johnson, 35, both of Plymouth, were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Cutting said the search warrant, signed by Chenango County Court Judge Frank B. Revoir Jr., stemmed from an investigation involving the distribution of crystal methamphetamine from within the residence.
