NORWICH – Canasawacta Valley Free (cvfree) Methodist Church is hosting a Family Fun Fair this weekend with free kids carnival games, concerts, food, and more.

The fair will be held at 4 to 7 p.m. on Saturday in East Park, Norwich.

Event organizers said Family Fun Fair will feature kids carnival games, sack races, prizes, school supply raffle, Zumba fitness session, food, water, along with a concert featuring Secure the Fallen, which is cvfree’s homegrown band, Geovanny, and Jordan Copas.

They added that bible-based worship service featuring a sermon with practical application will occur at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, followed by a baptism celebration.

Organizers suggested attendees bring a lawn chair and enjoy the show, and said all are welcome to attend this free community event.

They added that as always, cvfree’s goal is to offer a welcoming atmosphere focused on building positive connections within our community.
