Hannah E. Bard, 25, of 74 Birdsall St. in Norwich, was charged on Friday with first-degree assault, a class B felony, after police said she and Jonathan R. Booker, who was also charged Friday, caused serious physical injuries to the victim.

According to police, the victim was attacked by a group for several minutes, even after the victim fell to the ground along Lackawanna Avenue in downtown Norwich.
