Studio owner and dance teacher Amber Perkins said her students had worked with the local celebrities creating their own routines, selecting music and practicing.

“The students have been volunteering their time for last three weeks,” said Perkins. Some of the students are local but others travel from Oneonta or Pennsylvania to participate. In addition to the students, staff and teachers of the dance school also volunteer their time to prepare for the performance and do background stage work during the show.
