Monday Evening Musical Club to present concert in November

NORWICH – Representatives of the Monday Evening Musical Club said they are excited to present a concert by MEMC members and Area Music Teachers on Monday, Nov. 4.

The concert will take place at United Church of Christ, 11 W. Main Street in Norwich at 7:30 PM.

The club invites free will donations, all of which go to scholarship funds for Chenango County music students who plan to pursue music in college as a career.

There will be a reception following the performance. Representatives said individuals who attend are invited to join them for refreshments and a chance to meet the musicians.

Performers include: Meena Conant, Erin Fischer, Anita Humer, Michael Moren, and Helen Virecci-Fana. Mary Williams will lead a hand bell choir.

Event coordinators said they are fortunate to have such talented musicians working with students, and asked that individuals join The Monday Evening Musical Club on November 4 when we showcase our music teachers and club members.
