Norwich holds 25th Parade of Lights
The Parade of Lights took to the streets of Norwich Saturday night. Celebrating their 25th year, the parade consisted of two Bands, three Horse and carriages, 13 Fire Trucks, 38 Adult Floats, six Children Floats and the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Clause.
The winners of the parade are as follows; Fire Departments: First place: South New Berlin Fire Department; Second place: Plymouth Volunteer Fire Department; Third place: Pharsilia Fire Department.
Adult Floats: First: Old Iron Farms; Second: BOCES; Third: Chawgo Bus.
Children's Floats: First: Donna French School of Dance; Second: Unadilla Valley Girl Scouts; Third place: The Ambitious Lions 4H Club. More photos of the parade will be in a future edition of the Evening Sun. (Photos by Tyler Murphy)
