NORTH NORWICH – On Tuesday night, North Norwich held a town social to welcome new Town Supervisor Tim Brown and town board members Joe Santiago and Elton Proskine.

The social gave residents of North Norwich a chance to meet the town officials and have an open conversation about how they would like to see North Norwich improve in 2020.

Brown is focusing on improving communication and fiscal responsibility to start off the new year.

“We just started posting information on the board outside town hall, but we need to work on getting online,” said Brown.

Brown also said that before taking over the roll of town supervisor, the budget for 2020 was approved with zero percent increase, making it difficult to do the improvements he'd like to see done.
