Norwich School adding live streaming service for sporting events

NORWICH – Norwich City School District is adding a live streaming service that will allow parents to watch sporting events from home.


Norwich Athletic Director Rich Turnbull announced at the last board of education meeting that they signed a five year contract with the National Federation of State High School (NFHS) Network which will allow them to live stream sporting events to any device with the NFHS app.


According to Turnbull, one camera will be installed at the stadium and the other will be at the basketball court.


Parents will be able to live stream not only home games, but also games taking place at neighboring schools who also have the system.
