Dakota Powers and Mikey Squires each scored a first-period pin fall victory as Powers pinned Will Pettit in 1:26 and Squires quickly took down Kamrin Stanton and heard the slap of the mat at 36 seconds.
Three straight forfeits by the Purple Tornado allowed a nine point margin for the Walton-Delhi team but two wins in a row by Norwich wrestlers gave the squad the advantage once again.

Needing to come away with a major decision to tie the match, Nate Murphy fought as long as he could but Peyton Tweedie captured the pin fall at 5:43.
In the semifinals, BGAH and Tioga exchanged forfeits to start out at 6-6. Two straight pins by the Bears’ Zach Gardepe and James Craig gave the team a 18-6 lead.
