NORWICH – The Ryan Clan Band is performing in Norwich this week and next week, and representatives said this is the first time in two years that they will perform in the City of Norwich on Saint Patrick’s Day.
The Ryan Clan Band plays from 7 to 10 p.m., on Friday, March 13, at the Canasawacta Country Club in the clubhouse. That event has a cover charge of $10.
The band’s Saint Patrick’s Day performance will begin at 7 p.m., at the Blarney Stone Pub in the City of Norwich.
The Ryan Clan Band is composed of Frank Revoir, Jr. on guitar and lead vocals, Bill Scranton on guitar, mandolin and vocals, Tom Ryan on banjo, and vocals, Dan Ryan on bass and vocals, Pat Ryan on vocals, and Brennan Ryan on Irish bouzouki.
According to Revoir, the band has been together since the 1980s, and looks forward to performing in the City of Norwich again.
“We’re looking forward to playing at our old stomping grounds on this St. Patrick’s Day,” said Revoir. “Hopefully people will come out and have a good time.”
