NORWICH – Town of Norwich Supervisor Stanley Foulds has declared a state of emergency in the Town of Norwich, effective March 23 to April 6. The town will also reduce it’s workforce as much as possible to comply with an order from the state to reduce reporting employees by 75 percent. Key services will not be effected. Taxes can be paid by leaving them in a designated drop box at the town hall or mailing them to the Town of Norwich, 157 County Road 32a, Norwich, 13815.
