NORWICH – During Tuesday night’s Norwich Common Council meeting, Alderman David Zieno encouraged residents to help local merchants by donating to the Downtown Norwich Relief Fund.

The fund was started by the Norwich Business Improvement District as a way to help local businesses get back on their feet.

“I’d like to note that the Norwich Business Improvement District has started a GoFundMe page, ‘The Downtown Norwich Relief Fund’, where people can donate to help our downtown Norwich merchants get back in business,” said Zieno.
