Gracie Oglesby bowls 300; leads UV to MAC win

NEW BERLIN - Precision, Patience and Poise. All three skills are necessary to create the perfect bowling technique. From the initial arm-swing all the way to the final release, so much depends on the rhythm and mental fortitude of the bowler. These qualities are exactly Unadilla Valley senior Gracie Oglesby put on display in the Storm’s Friday February 12th win over conference foe Afton-Harpursville.

In Oglesby’s third game of her afternoon series her game was clean- bowling a perfect score of 300- finishing her series with a team high score of 627.

“She threw 11 beautiful balls” said UV Head Coach Matt Bleyle, “I was very excited for her.”
