NORWICH — A fan favorite eatery in Norwich has opened its doors once again. Johnny B's, the taco and burrito restaurant, will be serving up its signature cuisine for the rest of the summer.


The little shop, formerly known as The Caboose, has been open for two full weeks, said owner Abigail Caputo.


"This is the start of our third week," said Caputo. "It took a while to get open, but here we are. And business has been better than ever."


Caputo said while the establishment was meant to be a year-round operation, business trends showed their fare was more popular in the summer months.
