Earlville Opera House announces $40,000 available through Restart NY Regrants
EARLVILLE – The Earlville Opera House (EOH) is pleased to announce funding from the New York State Council on the Arts Recovery Fund Initiative for the Broome, Chenango, and Otsego Statewide Community Regrant (SCR) Program (formerly known as DEC or Decentralization).
Funding will be awarded for performances and events occurring between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022. In-person performing arts events and activities will take priority for this opportunity along with first time applicants. If funding is still available once all qualified performing arts proposals have been funded, other in-person public arts-based activities and events will be considered for funding.
Eligible applicants include not-for-profit organizations, municipalities, and artists who partner with an eligible not-for-profit. Grant requests up to $5,000 will be accepted from eligible applicants in Broome, Chenango, and Otsego counties.
This funding opportunity is in addition to EOH’s annual regrant program which will open for applications in October.
