Golf: Norwich 229, Susquehanna Valley incomplete

NORTH NORWICH - Norwich fired its low team score of the season in rainy conditions beating an incomplete Susquehanna Valley roster, Thursday afternoon at Canasawacta Country Club.
Rainy conditions limited the competition to six holes apiece, and scores were prorated over a nine-hole round to complete scoring.
Sharing the top scoring honors for Norwich were Julien Smith and Jacob Dowdall. Smith and Dowdall were credited with matching 43s over the difficult par-36 front nine at C.C.C.
Aiden Stafford added a season-low 45, and Jacob Morris added a 46 for Norwich.
The victory evened Norwich’s record at 2-2 on the season.

NHS (229):  Julien Smith, 43, Jacob Dowdall 43, Aiden Stafford 45, Jacob Morris 46, Braden Reid/Logan Ford - 52 each.
Sus Valley (incomplete):  Nick Stilloe 51, Trent Rose 55, Anthony Palmeiri 64, Will Kumpon 68
