CHENANGO COUNTY – At the last Chenango County Democratic Committee meeting, the following statement was endorsed.
“The Chenango County Democratic Committee supports President Biden's mask and vaccine mandates for teachers and health care workers and encourages everyone to help keep our children and community safe.
“Wearing a mask and getting vaccinated are the quickest and safest way to get our personal freedoms back and get our community back to normal.
“Refusing to wear a mask not only puts you at risk but endangers others. Getting vaccinated protects you and others in our community and is the responsible choice. It is 'We' the people, not 'me' the people.”
