CHENANGO COUNTY – As of Wednesday there are 90 active cases of COVID-19 in Chenango County, 26 of which are vaccinated, and four individuals are currently hospitalized.
The Chenango County Department of Health confirmed there have been 4,749 total cases of COVID-19 in Chenango.
There have been 86 confirmed deaths.
The health department also confirmed there are 285 residents under quarantine, and 4,574 total recoveries.
So far approximately 151,903 tests for the virus have been administered in the county.
The health department also confirmed last week that about 58.4 percent of the total Chenango County population has received at least one vaccine dose, and 69.8 percent of the 18 years and older population has received at least one vaccine dose.
