Call for Artists: 41st Annual JAC Fine Art Show
The 41st Annual Jericho Arts Council Fine Arts Show opens April 30 and will run through May 7. Exhibit hours will be Saturday April 30, 6 to 8:30 p.m.; Sunday, Noon to 3 p.m.; Monday through Friday, 1 to 7 p.m.; Saturday May 7, 1 to 8:30 p.m. There will be a closing reception on Saturday preceding the Awards ceremony at 2 p.m. (Submitted photo)
BAINBRIDGE – The 41st Annual Jericho Arts Council Fine Arts Show opens April 30 and will run through May 7.
There are four categories of two dimensional artwork: oil and acrylic, watercolor and gouache, photography, and drawing and graphics [which include mixed media, pastel and printmaking].
There will be monetary awards in each of the four categories along with a Tennant Realism Award, a Best in Show and a People's Choice.
Judging this year will be Leah Frankel and Nick George.
We will be accepting pre-register entries till April 15th, or you may register and deliver your art on our drop-off / registration days: Monday April 25, 10 to 1 p.m. and Tuesday April 26 , 4 to 7 p.m. You may find further information and entry forms by going to www.jerichoarts.com and see the FAS listing under the Gallery drop down menu. You must be 18 years or older to enter.
