Norwich Baseball wins a close one vs Chenango Valley

NORWICH- The Norwich Baseball team hosted Chenango Valley on Monday in a tight game that Norwich took 4-3.
Norwich's Keegan Franklin earned the victory in seven innings pitched. He allowed three runs and struck out seven batters. Franklin also contributed with a hit at the plate.
Behind Franklin, Drew Brooks led the team, going 2-for-3 with two RBIs while Nate Murphy had an RBI single.
Evan Sylstra and Torin Lawrence also contributed with a hit a piece in the win.
Norwich will be back on the field tonight (Tuesday) hosting Sus Valley at 5 p.m.
