SHERBURNE– The Sherburne-Earlville baseball team played Canastota on Wednesday where they suffered a 7-2 loss.

Seniors Taylor Gryzmkowski and Preston Eaves both went 2-for-3 with singles while Ben Menard had a 2-run single in the third inning to put S-E on the board.

Menard also struck out six batters in the loss.

Sherburne-Earlville travels to Holland Patent for a matchup on Friday afternoon starting at 4:30 p.m.
