Greene participates in the Chenango Valley Soccer Tournament
CHENANGO VALLEY – Over Labor Day weekend, the Greene Trojans boys soccer team joined the Chenango Valley Tournament, winning their first game before falling to the host in the championship game.
Greene defeated Whitney Point in the opening round of the Tournament on Friday 6-1. Liam Flanagan ripped four goals while teammate Anthony Sergi had two goals. Jonah Browning finished with three assists and Kloden Rapp earned one assist.
In the 7-2 loss in the championship to C.V., Flanagan, Browning, and Kloden Rapp received All-Tournament team honors.
Greene has a little bit of a break before facing Bainbridge-Guilford on the road on September 14. They are set to host their own tournament starting on Friday September 16.
