Chenango County Republican Headquarters grand opening this Wednesday
CHENANGO COUNTY — The Chenango County Republican Headquarters will hold their grand opening this Wednesday, September 7 at 6 p.m. at their location at 6 East Main Street in Norwich, next to Norwich Copies Plus.
Several Republican candidates will be present, including 19th Congressional Candidate Marc Molinaro, 51st State Senator Peter Oberacker, County Judge Frank Revoir, and 121st Assemblyman Joe Angelino. Additionally, 53rd State Senator Joe Griffo and 131st Assemblyman Jeff Gallahan have been invited.
Refreshments will be served. Yard signs and campaign information and materials will be available.
Republican Committee Secretary Gilda Ward said: "We have worked hard to get the Headquarters decorated and ready for the public. We are excited that several of our Republican candidates have confirmed that they will be joining us for our grand opening on Wednesday evening.
"This is a great time for the public to be able to meet the candidates and get to know them. This is a very important election year with so many new districts and new candidates because of redistricting. We have large maps available so people can see which new districts that they are now in and who their new candidates are as they prepare to vote in the general election on November 8.
"The Headquarters will be open evenings during the week for people to stop by to pick up signs and campaign information, or to ask questions."
The public is invited to attend the Republican Headquarters Grand Opening on Wednesday night at 6 p.m.
