VOLLEYBALL: BG rallies back to defeat Walton

BAINBRIDGE – On Tuesday night, the Bainbridge-Guilford Volleyball team rallied back to win the fourth and final set of the night against Walton.
After the Bobcats took the first two sets, Walton won the third set, leading up to the fourth. Walton thought they had the fourth set under control, but BG came back from a 10-3 deficit to win 27-25.
BG was led by Kaylynn Crandall with 18 assists with Jordyn Parsons picking up 13 kills and seven aces. Kaitlyn Curtis collected six aces and six digs while Kaydence Brimmer finished with three kills and two blocks in the win.
Katelyn Gregory was fierce with seven service points, five aces, six kills, five digs, and seven assists for Walton. Caroline Gorence added eight service points and two blocks as Larissa Hulse had 10 kills and four digs.
BG will host Greene on Tuesday, October 4 for Senior Night. The game is scheduled for 6 p.m.
