BOYS SOCCER: BG wins back-to-back games against UV/GMU

NEW BERLIN – After defeating the Storm 2-1 on Saturday, Bainbridge-Guilford defeated UV/GMU again on the road 5-1 on Monday.
The Bobcats were led by Garrett O’Hara, who scored a hat-trick. He scored back-to-back goals in the first half, both assisted by Brock Porter. His third and final goal came with 14 seconds remaining in the game off a corner kick from teammate Max Oliver. Oliver scored himself on a long shot that made its way in.
Julian Pruskowski also had a goal with six seconds left to go in the first half off a long pass by O’Hara.
UV/GMU’s lone goal came from Devon Hartwell, unassisted with 17 seconds left until halftime on a long shot. Otherwise, the Storm were heavily played upon and held to just 11 shots on goal which isn’t normal for them. Goalie Tucker Cattanach made 11 saves in the loss.
