VOLLEYBALL: BG gets by Unatego
UNATEGO – In Tuesday’s 3-0 win against Unatego, the Bainbridge-Guilford volleyball team improved to 4-3 on the season. While the first game was a close 25-22 win, BG swept the remaining games with no problem with scored of 25-6 and 25-13.
The Bobcats were led by freshman Kaylynn Crandall who finished with 14 assists while senior Jordyn Parsons had 10 aces and seven kills. Peyton Umbra earned seven aces in the win.
Unatego’s Mallory Hafele picked up four aces as Ava Hilton had two kills and Cailyn Wood collected two assists. Nica Hurlburt had two digs in the loss.
BG continues their road trip as they take on Delhi this evening at 6 p.m. before facing Sidney on Thursday.
